Investigations Officer
Aruma is seeking an Investigations Officer to work with their Manager, Investigations and Regulatory Reporting to investigate and respond to customer complaints and incidents. The successful candidate will lead and conduct investigations, provide guidance to all parties involved in the investigation process, and prepare reports for management in relation to incidents or complaints. They will ensure that agreed outcomes are implemented, and all regulatory reporting requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and be tertiary qualified in a relevant field. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, NDIS Quality & Safeguards Practice Standards, and legislative regulations.
