Concrete Plant Supervisor
The new role at Hanson requires managing batching and loading for delivery to customers, decision making, planning, and fleet productivity. This position involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring quality requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and delivering great results, be a team player who can multitask and make quick decisions, be a natural problem solver, and have the ability to support individual customer requests. While previous Concrete Batching experience is preferred, it’s not essential as training is provided. Having a Front End Loader and forklift ticket is an advantage but can be obtained in the role. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
